Project Overview

The UBC Equity and Inclusion Office develops reports and toolkits to support initiatives that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion across the university. They approached UBC Studios to streamline and transform their important information into clean, accessible designs that aligned with UBC’s branding. By incorporating custom illustrations and user-friendly layouts, we created materials that effectively communicate their key insights to diverse stakeholders.

Project Outcome

UBC Studios created a cohesive set of assets for the UBC Equity and Inclusion Office, supporting both internal communications and broader UBC staff and student engagement. These included the Employment Equity Report, Strategic Equity + Anti-Racism Progress Report (StEAR), EDI Foundation Series on Anti-Racism Guides, and a Discrimination Complaint Process Flow-Chart. The final products ensured a consistent and accessible presentation of key insights, empowering stakeholders and users with clear and visually engaging resources.
